Beginning therapy may feel like an intimidating process, and it is important that you find the right therapist for YOU.
If you do not already have a referral, visit our team page to browse therapist profiles - here you will learn about each therapist's areas of focus and individual approach to counseling.
Book Your First Appointment
Once you know who you are interested in working with or have a few therapists in mind, please call
678-653-3272 or complete the Spring Life Counseling Info Request Form to connect with our Intake Coordinator who will assist you in scheduling your first appointment.

Not sure who to choose? No problem. Our Intake Coordinator can recommend a therapist who will be a good fit for your needs. Complete the Information Request Form to help our Intake Coordinator get started on helping you schedule your first session or find a therapist.

If your preferred therapist does not have immediate availability, the Intake Coordinator can add you to their waitlist or get you connected with another therapist.
Receive a Confirmation Email
Once you have scheduled an appointment, you will receive an email from Simple Practice (our electronic health records system) with next steps for completing the intake paperwork, the address to our office, and any other information needed for your appointment. All forms must be completed 48 hours prior to your scheduled intake so as to allow your therapist time to review and prepare for your meeting.
If you are a parent or caregiver scheduling an appointment for your child/teen, the first session will be a consultation between the parent(s)/caregiver(s) and therapist to discuss goals and expectations around the therapeutic process. Your child/teen WILL NOT attend this first session.
