Hi, I'm Alicia...

I am currently a graduate intern at Spring Life Counseling Center with a deep passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s complexities with faith, empathy, and evidence-based care. My clinical work is rooted in the belief that fostering strong, healthy relationships mirrors God’s intentional design for connection and community.

Through my roles in leadership, coaching, and consulting, I helped empower individuals and teams to reach their full potential. I am now pursuing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Toccoa Falls College, integrating my academic training with certifications in SYMBIS, Prepare-Enrich, and Gottman Relationship Checkup, and I am a Globally-Accredited Enneagram Practitioner.  My approach to counseling is collaborative, compassionate, and proactive. I focus on equipping clients with the tools and insights they need to thrive both individually and relationally. Through Emotion-Focused Therapy and other approaches that connect people with their deepest fears and emotions, my aim is to help clients identify and heal their root issues.  Whether working with couples preparing for marriage, families seeking harmony, or individuals desiring personal growth, I have a heart for helping people communicate well and find hope through life’s challenges.

Beyond the counseling room, I find joy in traveling, hosting friends and loved ones, and spending quality time with my family.  I am married with three adult sons and one lovely daughter-in-law, and we eagerly anticipate the arrival of our first grandchild in May of 2025!
