Hi, I'm Brittany...

Born and raised in the South—a true Georgia peach—I was shaped by a home that valued serving others. From feeding those experiencing homelessness, to ministering to bikers in bar settings, to walking alongside individuals in prison ministry, I learned early on that no one is meant to navigate life’s hardships alone. And the truth is, trying to do so can feel overwhelming.

Has life become heavier than you expected? Does the weight you’re carrying feel like too much? I understand. People disappoint us. Grief can hit like a freight train. Responsibilities pile up, and suddenly the ground beneath you feels unsteady. If you’re feeling wobbly or worn thin, you’re not alone.

Counseling makes deep sense to me—not only professionally, but personally. I have walked through trauma in my own life and experienced the transformative power of safe, compassionate therapy. With the support of a trusted counselor, I uncovered emotions I didn’t even know I was carrying. I learned to establish healthy boundaries while moving toward forgiveness. The most difficult person I had to forgive was myself. Yet through that journey, I rediscovered my authentic self—the person God designed me to be. Healing strengthened my relationships, deepened my faith, and allowed me to show up more fully for my husband and family. For that, I am profoundly grateful.

It is both my calling and privilege to offer that same compassionate presence to you. Together, we will create a safe space where you can explore your story, process pain, and move toward emotional and spiritual freedom. Healing is possible. Restoration is possible.
