Hi, I'm Hannah...
My passion for supporting children, teens, and women has guided my path into the field of mental health, where I strive to create a safe, nurturing space for individuals to not only express themselves and grow, but also thrive.
With a love for nature, I often draw on its calming and grounding influence as inspiration in my therapeutic approach. Whether it’s through mindfulness, music, play, creativity, or simply developing space to explore emotions, my desire is to meet each client with warmth, curiosity, and respect for their unique journey.Â
I believe everyone was made uniquely and honor that idea by tailoring sessions to my clients' individual needs. My counseling perspective is strongly influenced by solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered theories.Â
I would love to walk alongside you on your journey toward a flourishing, healthy life.
