Hi, I'm Jamie...
In our journey through life, we all encounter moments that require us to take a step back and focus on ourselves. It’s essential to have someone by our side during these challenging times. I truly understand how important it is to reach out for help, whether that’s in terms of mental, physical, emotional, social, or spiritual well-being, and I recognize the vulnerability that comes with asking for help. I want you to know I will offer a listening ear and a heart full of compassion, empathy, and encouragement, to help you transform your challenges into triumphs.
I believe that the counseling relationship can be a powerful source of support, providing practical tools and achievable goals that foster growth, both personally and in relationships. I would be honored to create a safe and welcoming space for you and accompany you in your healing journey.
On a personal note: When I was a senior in high school, I became paralyzed from a car accident, and now I do life from a wheelchair. However, I have not let that hinder or slow me down! I have been happily married for over 25 years and have three amazing grown-ish boys. I love exploring God's creation through traveling and camping, as I have been to all 50 states! I also love spending time with my husband and family and serving at my church, teaching 4th and 5th graders about the love of Jesus.
