Hi, I’m Julio.
My background in ministry eventually led me to pursue a Masters in Mental Health
Counseling. It has always been my desire to help others pursue meaningful lives
through connection with God and others. Through both pastoral ministry and personal
experience, I’ve seen firsthand the heartache, struggles, and cycles that people can find
themselves trapped in. I’ve experienced the value of creating a safe space for one to
process their problems in a mindful, therapeutic way, allowing someone to better
understand themselves, others, and our Creator.
As a graduate intern at Spring Life, it is a privilege and deep desire of mine to care for
others where they are and help them navigate this life with hope, joy, and peace. I strive
to create an environment where clients feel safe, heard, and supported as they work
through challenges and move toward the abundant life God intends for them.
Alongside my passion to become a great counselor, I am incredibly grateful to be
married to the love of my life, Rebekah, and to be raising our four amazing kids together. Although we are originally from Florida, Georgia has truly become home, and
we love being part of this community. Outside of counseling, I’m a devoted Miami
Dolphins and Miami Heat fan, a gamer when I have the time, and a bit of a tech nerd.
