Hi, I'm Tim...

I bring over 30 years of experience to my work as a counselor, beginning in pastoral ministry and continuing now as a Marriage and Family Therapist. While I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I also draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to best support each client’s unique needs. I specialize in working with couples, as well as helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, identity concerns, developmental trauma, and stress. I'm licensed to provide marriage and family therapy for adult individuals, couples, and families both in-person and via telehealth in Georgia. I also offer telehealth services to clients in Alabama, Florida, Indiana, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

I've been married to my amazing wife, Heather, for over 35 years. We have five grown children—all married—and are the proud grandparents of ten wonderful grandchildren. Outside of my work with clients and leading couples’ weekends or marriage intensives, I enjoy playing golf, walking with our dog Gus, and cheering on the Minnesota Twins, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Nebraska Cornhuskers.
